Amb 29 persones en plantilla, va obtenir una facturaci\u00f3 l\u2019any passat de 6,5 milions, un 29% m\u00e9s que l\u2019any anterior.<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><strong>Talenta Gesti\u00f3<\/strong> s\u2019ha fet un nom en el m\u00f3n de la inversi\u00f3 a <strong>Catalunya<\/strong>. Creada l\u2019any <strong>2009 a Barcelona<\/strong> com a <strong>ag\u00e8ncia de valors<\/strong> pels seus fundadors <strong>Jordi Jofre i Carlos Cabanas<\/strong>. L\u2019any <strong>2021<\/strong>, Talenta es va convertir en <strong>Societat Gestora d\u2019Institucions d\u2019Inversi\u00f3 Col\u00b7lectiva<\/strong> i compta amb oficines tamb\u00e9 a <strong>Val\u00e8ncia<\/strong>.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><strong>Talenta<\/strong> va n\u00e9ixer amb l\u2019objectiu de proporcionar a persones i grups familiars <strong>assessorament i gesti\u00f3 patrimonial integral<\/strong> de forma <strong>totalment independent<\/strong>. L\u2019entitat es <strong>diferencia<\/strong> per incloure <strong>inversions alternatives<\/strong> amb vehicles propis en <strong>energies renovables, tecnologia, immobiliari i capital risc<\/strong>.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Talenta va tancar l\u2019any <strong>2024<\/strong> gestionant i assessorant un patrimoni de <strong>1.700 milions d\u2019euros<\/strong> (<strong>+76%<\/strong> respecte a l\u2019any anterior) i amb una facturaci\u00f3 de <strong>6,5 milions d\u2019euros<\/strong> (<strong>+29%<\/strong> respecte al <strong>2023<\/strong>). En el <strong>primer quadrimestre de 2025<\/strong>, els actius sota gesti\u00f3 han crescut a un ritme del <strong>15%<\/strong>.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Amb aquestes xifres, <strong>Talenta<\/strong> s\u2019ha situat en una <strong>posici\u00f3 privilegiada<\/strong> dins del seu segment a <strong>Catalunya<\/strong>.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><strong>Equip<\/strong><\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">L\u2019empresa est\u00e0 formada actualment per <strong>29 persones<\/strong>, i la <strong>majoria s\u00f3n accionistes<\/strong>. Les seves inversions es gestionen <strong>amb la mateixa filosofia i condicions<\/strong> que les dels clients.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Al capdavant hi ha <strong>Jordi Jofre<\/strong>, amb experi\u00e8ncia a <strong>Bank of America, CaixaBank, Banco de Europa i Fibanc<\/strong>. El CEO \u00e9s <strong>Carlos Cabanas<\/strong>, que va treballar a <strong>AB Asesores, Ahorro Corporaci\u00f3n i Fibanc<\/strong>. El <strong>2024<\/strong> es va incorporar <strong>Mercedes Grau<\/strong> com a <strong>consellera<\/strong>, procedent de <strong>Banco de Progreso, Merryll Lynch, Credit Suisse, Caixa Catalunya i Banca March<\/strong>.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Segons <strong>Jofre<\/strong>, \u00ab<em>els mercats s\u00f3n m\u00e9s vol\u00e0tils i cal m\u00e9s <strong>diversificaci\u00f3<\/strong>, per\u00f2 les grans entitats <strong>no poden oferir solucions independents i a mida<\/strong>. Per aix\u00f2 molts clients trien Talenta i tamb\u00e9 estem captant <strong>grans professionals<\/strong><\/em>\u00ab.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Actualment, Talenta gestiona <strong>9 Institucions d\u2019Inversi\u00f3 Col\u00b7lectiva (IIC)<\/strong>.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Destaca <strong>IXF SIL<\/strong>, una <strong>Societat d\u2019Inversi\u00f3 Lliure<\/strong> nascuda el <strong>2023<\/strong> per la fusi\u00f3 de diverses <strong>sicavs<\/strong>, amb <strong>50 milions d\u2019euros<\/strong> en actius.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">L\u2019objectiu \u00e9s <strong>obtenir rendibilitats atractives amb baix risc<\/strong>, invertint en <strong>5 blocs d\u2019actius<\/strong>: <strong>fons de renda variable, renda fixa, bons, accions quality amb dividends atractius<\/strong> i <strong>inversions alternatives<\/strong>. Des de la seva creaci\u00f3, ha obtingut un <strong>6,3% anual<\/strong>.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Per a <strong>Mercedes Grau<\/strong>, \u00ab<em>Talenta \u00e9s la millor entitat on podria culminar la meva carrera.
